How to make a complaint
Website Users
If you have a complaint about how we use your personal information, please send an email to dpo@liberatewealth.co.uk and we will do our best to fix the problem. If you are not happy with the way we deal with your complaint, you can refer your complaint to the ICO’s Office, the UK regulator for data protection issues. Existing Clients
If you are an existing client with us and wish to register a complaint about the service you receive, please write to Liberate Wealth, Radius, One City West, Gelderd Road, Leeds, LS12 6NJ, telephone on 020 7184 9700 or e-mail complaints@liberatewealth.co.uk.
A summary of our internal complaints handling procedure is available on request and if you cannot settle your complaint with us you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or by contacting them on 0800 023 4567.
